Goldshaw Booth Parish Council is a non-political body consisting of local elected volunteers from the community. Our goal is to understand and represent the views of the local communities in Newchurch in Pendle, Sabden Fold and Spenbrook.

Council meetings are normally held on the second Tuesday of the month in Barley Village Hall, Barley at 7.15 pm.
Members of the public are always welcome to attend our meetings. At each meeting a ten minute Public Question Time is included in the agenda and questions are welcomed.

Goldshaw Booth Parish Council has Standing Orders to govern how business is conducted and decisions are made. The Council also has Financial Regulations to govern how the council uses money. Both the Standing Orders and the Financial Regulations were reviewed in May 2019.
